PanditConnect is a platform that connects devotees with verified pandits for authentic Hindu religious ceremonies and pujas at various temples across India.

Our Services Include:

• Puja booking and scheduling
• Verified pandit matching
• Traditional Sanskrit ceremony conduction
• Personal sankalp inclusion
• Digital blessing delivery (where permitted)
• Customer support

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Ensure family names for sankalp are correctly spelled
• Make timely payments for confirmed bookings
• Respect religious customs and traditions
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation is provided upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings for unavoidable circumstances

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Additional taxes may apply as per Indian regulations

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms:

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund available
• Emergency cancellations: Reviewed case-by-case

Refund Process:

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunded to original payment method
• Processing fees are non-refundable

6. Service Delivery

• Pujas are conducted by verified pandits at designated temples
• Your personal sankalp will be included in the ceremony
• Video recordings provided where temple policies permit
• Phone blessings available for all ceremonies
• We are not responsible for temple-specific restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

PanditConnect acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Temple closures or restrictions
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Spiritual outcomes or personal beliefs
• Third-party service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
